How in the world can you offer these packages so cheaply?
A. Because of our agreement with our
parent company, we have access to immense amounts of server
space at great rates. We simply pass on the savings to all
of our happy clients.
Q. If you can offer all these great
services at such ridiculously low rates, why can't my current
host do that as well?
A. Frankly, we don't know. Apparently
they like charging you what they think you'll pay. We
charge you what you deserve to pay, and give you more!
Q. So, how
do I go about switching my domain to you?
A. It's so blinking easy - like everything
else about our services - just contact us, and we'll get it all
going for you. We can handle the transfer, and set you up
in minutes! (existing
websites can take between 24 and 72 hours for all the name
servers on the planet to refresh. Huh? Your site
might not show up in everybody's browser for a short time.)
Q. What
kinds of access will I have once my site is set up?
A. Every client has their own Control Panel,
which allows you to tweak nearly every single aspect of your
site's inner workings.
(Some areas are restricted to prevent malicious activity that
breaks things and makes people angry)
Add scripts, set up email
accounts, check stats, etc. In addition, you have 24/7 FTP
access to publish your files, and if you choose to use Microsoft®
FrontPage®
to develop your site, you can
publish "live" to the server while you work.
Q. What
happens if I exceed my bandwidth quota?
A. All of our packages are designed to give
you great deals of traffic each month. If your site
becomes so busy that you blow the doors off your set quota,
we'll offer you the option to upgrade at a really cheap rate.

Q. OK, so
you're dirt cheap. I have to ask how reliable you can be
for that little investment.
A. 99.9% uptime guaranteed. If ya
gotta have the technical info...triple redundancy Dual Xeon 3.6 gHz;
4 GB DDRAM servers, RAID 10 (your site is cloned to a minimum of 3
different servers simultaneously) with daily backup, power
protection, bells, whistles, no smoke or mirrors, all good stuff
that runs fast and stays on. In short, your data is
protected. The kind of catastrophe it would take to put
you out of business is one you don't want to be on the planet
for in the first place. Relax. Sleep well.
Q. OK, I'm
sold. I know where I want my site hosted, but it isn't
built yet. Can you steer me toward a good design team?
